Use the framework to notice your own reactions. Teach student lessons in ordinary language, with no adult pattern labels or type numbers. Do not use these materials to evaluate or categorize students.

The Enneagram has “mixed evidence of reliability and validity” (Hook et al., 2021, Journal of Clinical Psychology). It is a nonclinical reflection framework, not a validated assessment.
No endorsement by CASEL or any district, school, or clinical organization is claimed. We collect no student data and no child data at all.
A few practical details.
Can I share a purchase district-wide?
The school options cover one school site. They do not grant district-wide redistribution or resale rights. Read the use terms before purchasing.
Will you lead our parent night or staff session?
No. Every purchase is digital materials only. Your staff lead parent nights. For a staff session, use your own staff or a facilitator you arrange separately.
Does a facilitator kit cover multiple client schools?
No. The kit covers one purchasing school. A third-party facilitator may use it for that school’s session; it does not grant resale rights or permission to distribute materials to other client schools.
Do these kits collect assessment responses?
No. Adults keep their reflection responses themselves. No child or student takes the instrument, and our sites collect no student or child data.
