No child or student data
We collect no student data and no child data at all. These websites are for adults. There is no student assessment, login, roster upload, or online instrument response collection. Do not submit names, responses, stories, or other identifying information about a child or student.
Adult information we use
When you opt into email, we process your adult email address and consent. Stripe processes your payment information. The server processes the adult purchaser’s email, product price identifier, purchase amount, transaction reference, and refund or payment status to verify access. Session identifiers and download capabilities are not logged by application code. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Instrument answers stay with you in the downloaded material.
Purpose and service providers
We use adult contact and transaction information to process purchases, support delivery, resolve billing problems, and send email you requested. Stripe handles checkout. Sequenzy handles email subscriptions when configured. Vercel hosts these websites and may process technical request and security logs. We do not sell personal information.
Google Analytics
Both websites use the same Google Analytics 4 property, measurement ID G-N5CM9T0PTG. It may process cookies or identifiers, page interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network information. We use it to understand website use, successful checkout starts, and verified purchase confirmations. Our checkout and confirmation events include the public product price ID, product name, currency, price or paid total, and whether the site is for parents or teachers. We do not send email addresses, names, assessment answers, card details, checkout-session references, download tokens, or customer or transaction identifiers in these events. Page locations and referrers omit queries and fragments. A hash of the checkout reference is stored only in your browser to suppress repeat confirmation events; it is not sent to Google Analytics. No other analytics or advertising trackers are included.
You may block analytics through browser settings or a content blocker. These sites currently load analytics without a consent-choice interface. The operator must review consent requirements for the regions served; this remains an unresolved limitation.
Retention and security
Adult email subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request removal, subject to suppression records needed to honor opt-outs. Transaction records are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, and legal obligations. We limit access to the operator and service providers. Purchase verification and delivery are stateless; transaction records are held by Stripe. Provider logs and analytics follow their configured retention policies; their exact retention periods are not stated here and require confirmation by the operator.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of adult information we hold, subject to applicable law and necessary transaction recordkeeping. If email is not configured, signup returns an explicit unavailable response stating that no subscription was stored; your entered email stays available for retry.
International processing and external links
Providers may process adult information outside your location under their own safeguards and contractual terms. Linked websites have their own privacy policies. This notice does not govern those sites.
Contact and updates
A public privacy contact is not currently published here. This limits your ability to make a privacy request and remains an unresolved service limitation. Requests should include only your adult contact information and any relevant receipt reference. Changes to this policy will be dated on this page. Read the policy on minors.
