That’s a Big Idea LLC operates Parent Enneagram and Student Enneagram. These terms govern this website and our self-serve digital educational materials. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
What you purchase
All products are digital downloads or rights to use digital materials. No coaching, webinar, author-led workshop, live session, physical shipment, or personal service is included. Schools use their own staff for parent nights. Staff sessions may be led by school staff or a third-party facilitator arranged by the school.
The parent guide and cards cost $29 and the adult instrument costs $19, each once. The Teacher Starter Kit costs $49, the school-run Parent Night Kit $199, and the third-party Facilitator Kit $299, each once. The School Site License costs $499 per year and renews annually until canceled. Stripe displays the final total, any applicable taxes, and billing terms before you pay.
Use and sharing
Parent products are licensed for personal use within one household. The Teacher Starter Kit is for one teacher’s classroom. The Parent Night Kit is for staff at one purchasing school. The Facilitator Kit is for a staff session at one purchasing school, led by its staff or a third-party facilitator that school arranges. It does not grant multi-school distribution, resale, or certification rights. A site license allows staff at one school site to use the licensed classroom materials during the paid year. It does not authorize district-wide sharing or redistribution. Do not resell, publicly upload, or remove attribution from any product. If your intended use falls outside these terms, do not purchase without written permission from the operator.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Only the $499 annual site license is recurring. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; the current license continues through the paid period. A self-serve cancellation link and public cancellation contact are not currently published here. This is an unresolved limitation; confirm a usable cancellation method with the operator before buying the recurring license. A canceled or expired license does not permit new distribution of licensed materials.
Delivery, problems, and refunds
Download access is provided only after the server verifies a paid purchase. Expiring links provide only the purchased product’s files. If a link expires, return to your checkout confirmation for fresh links. If you are charged twice or cannot access the purchased materials, contact support with the adult purchaser’s email and receipt reference. We will correct delivery or billing errors, or refund a purchase we cannot deliver. Otherwise, completed digital purchases are generally nonrefundable, except where applicable consumer law gives you additional rights.
The boundary on minors
Use the Enneagram only for adult self-reflection. Never assess, number, or label a child or student. Do not submit any child or student information through this website. Our full policy is part of the conditions of use.
Educational limits and responsibility
The materials do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or a scientifically validated assessment. They do not guarantee a behavioral, parenting, classroom, or academic outcome. Adults remain responsible for appropriate use, safeguarding, and compliance with school policies.
Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from use of educational materials, and liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer rights is imposed by these terms.
Contact and changes
A public support contact is not currently published here. This limits your ability to request delivery or billing help and remains an unresolved service limitation. Do not include information about a child or student. Changes will be dated here and will not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Read our privacy policy.
